I wish we had him swing away but dumb fans are like “If Torey doesn’t bunt we win!” What if Perdomo lines out and we don’t even get an opportunity with man on 3rd less than 2 outs? Then those same fans are like “why not bunt?”

@GoldyHappens @AZSports I agree with all that but he was still pushing all the right buttons in those games that got us to the playoffs and the Milwaukee playoff series. I’m not saying he’s perfect but I think fans have this issue where they say “should’ve done this” and assuming that was the difference

A lot of the Torey slander is deserving but wish you’d acknowledge that he has pros with his cons. I still have no idea how he navigated that pitching staff to a pennant

I just think that you’ve embraced this Torey hater thing too much and are now incapable of seeing any redeeming qualities from him as a manager

@aguynamedpinky @GoldyHappens @AZSports I’m not necessarily a Torey defender, I disagree with managerial decisions he makes on a nightly basis. I just think the idea that there is a manager on the street that would’ve taken this team to the playoffs is a huge reach. Feel like he did a solid job given the circumstances

Winningest means most wins not highest win % If we were going to fire Torey we should’ve done it years ago. Last 3 years have been good all things considered

@GoldyHappens Agree with all of this but I was at game 5 and dbacks fans doing the wave while losing in the 8th inning is way worse than leaving. I am kindly asking fellow dbacks fans to stop doing the wave. Thank you
