@MikeSievert @sprintcare New 4 for $100 plan eliminated device credits on my account. Told by supervisor it wouldn’t. Now spent 3 hours on the phone and care is “re-escalating” my case, getting the runaround. Unusable data inside city limits as well now. This is unacceptable!!!

@MikeSievert T-Mobile/Sprint offering the “best price” on unlimited, 4 for $100. Agent who changed plan didn’t tell me that the plan would eliminate around $90 in monthly trade-in credits, even with me asking about it. Not much of an un-carrier move if you ask me. Very sneaky! 🤔

@SqSupport Are you all aware that your most recent update to the square appointments app has broken the app? Just updated it and now when I open the app, it immediately crashes. Tried deleting and re-installing and it still crashes. I am on iOS 11.4.1. Not good!

@automatic I read some reviews on your iOS app and multiple users stated that you removed the feature that reminds users to tag a trip as a business trip when parking. Just ordered an automatic for business mileage tracking. Will you all be bringing that feature back?
