When an MP changes parties it should trigger an automatic by-election. It is deeply unfair to the local voting population to vote for an individual based on the party beliefs and then they drastically switch them for another!

Suella Braverman defecting and then criticising the very issues that a home office has control over is gaslighting at its finest. Braverman was the Minister for the Home Office, you had the power to do these things in Government!!!

It's incredibly hypocritical that Kemi Badenoch is telling all Tory Councils to fight the asylum hotels, claiming it as a win when she was in the government that embarked on using hotels in the first place. Sometimes politics feels like one huge gaslighting experiment!

@GBRChris_A @KarlTurnerMP Magistrates are still a trial by your peers as they are lay people from the society you live in. Without a Magistrate or Jury every single person in a criminal case will be paid for by the state unless you can afford a private solicitor. It's fundamentally wrong to remove juries.

The Welfare Bill is an absolute mess from the Labour Government, last minute concessions, clauses promised to be removed, a review in a year with no guarentees on primary legislation. This is how bad laws are made! #WelfareBill

The Sam Kerr decision is puzzling in a lot of ways. The Met handled the case appallingly in the first place. Then Kerr and her Partner were sick in the taxi, kicked a window out of the taxi, was abusive to the police and have gotten away clean!

Really poor from the magistrates letting Steve Coogan have a reduced ban to allow him to film a series. One rule for them and another for everyone else.

@Ofwat All these companies are failing on their current objectives because shareholders have rinsed the companies. In 5 years time, they'll have done nothing once again and will be begging for more increases for customers bills.
