There is a rumor going around between James McAvoy or Cillian Murphy could potentially be playing as Charles Xavier in Marvel Studios’ ‘X-MEN’

This with Peter in the black suit and both Matt and Frank trying to pull him back from the edge of losing total control would be perfect...Spider and Daredevil will hit a Billion again first weekend and Peter and Frank is too good not to use again
🚨 Marvel Just Teased One of Spider-Man's Darkest Stories
Spider-Man: Brand New Day set up a lot for the MCU. But it also teased another story almost no one is talking about, and it could become one of Spider-Man's darkest.
The movie gave us a very emotional Spider-Man while hiding comic Easter eggs. One of the biggest is Captain Jean DeWolff.
She's the same character Peter works with in the comics. She's always there to help him, and the movie already shows Peter forming a strong bond with her.
That's why her story feels like it's heading toward a tragic ending.
This connects to The Death of Jean DeWolff, where the Sin-Eater murders Jean. Spider-Man and Daredevil then team up to stop the killer.
It's one of Spider-Man's darkest stories. Peter breaks down, and the murder mystery has a Se7en-style crime thriller feel.
Brand New Day builds Jean as a caring, almost maternal figure. That makes it feel like Marvel is setting up a heartbreaking future.
Destin Daniel Cretton and Tom Holland both prefer grounded Spider-Man stories. This could be the perfect chance to adapt Jean's story.

Magneto n Xavier are genuinely one of the only people that don’t even need a recast, James McAvoy and Michael Fassbender are still perfect for the roles in age
The Deleted Scene That Explained Peter Parker's Hospital Mystery in 'SPIDER-MAN BRAND NEW DAY'
Rosario Dawson revealed she filmed a scene as Claire Temple (Night Nurse), where she protected Peter Parker's identity after he was rushed to the hospital.
That would've perfectly explained why nobody discovered he was Spider-Man once his suit came off.
Unfortunately, the scene was cut from the final film.
I had this exact thought lol it would be hilarious...but the PG13 Frank worked just fine for me and did not lessen his R version...Bernthal was peefect casting and proves it every time...they need him and Charlie Cox in SM5 vs sinister 6
I wonder how many families took their kids to see Brand New Day and thought, "My, what a wonderful gentleman that Frank is." Then decided to check out more on Disney+ and sat down to watch One Last Kill with the kids and nearly had a heart attack.
I disagree. If anything the gravitas of the television show enhances the humor because we fully appreciate Frank Castle’s journey from the peripice and the advice that he gives sticks, not unlike the character Martin Riggs in Lethal Weapon or Logan for that matter.
@FoxinAround Yeah all these are spot on. I saw someone say Cailee Spaeny and Charles Melton as Rogue/Gambit too and I was like oh ok lol I also like the idea of X23 as the wolverine in that group too but I know it may be hard to have NO Logan at all so 🤷♀️
Those partial head cowls from the comics are hard to make look good and properly snug yet flexible in live-action (which is no doubt why Sam’s was dropped for Brave New World and Cyclops doesn’t have one) but Gambit’s is looking better here so far than in Deadpool & Wolverine
