Hey @WestJet just boarded our flight 1403 to YYC from PHX . Its an old swoop plane with no premium, no wifi, no plug ins, no in-flight entertainment. How do you justify the same price for a seat!? You have been "refitting " these planes for 3 years now. Do better.
