We had a wonderful time in the ancient city course this week! We visited the Capitoline Museum, Tarquinia and Cerveteri (a student favorite), and Villa Julia. Our main themes of the week were cross culturalization and how dating affects our understanding of Rome.
The Centro recently had the pleasure of welcoming Chris Erdman of UCSB and the American Academy in Rome! Chris' delightful talk focused on political theater in the Late Roman Republic.
