So I saw BATTLE ON BUKA STREET after a lot of convincing and I personally think there is so much to unpack from just one film hence, this is my Honest Review.

CASTING/ PERFORMANCES:
I must say KUDOS!!! To the casting directors being particular about “who acted what” From Young Kanayo to Young Ezinne down to Ademide every single actor brought it 💯.

OVERALL, this movie is worth the time and money. I was a bit worried when I saw it was 2hours plus long but it went by so fast and left me wanting more.
I’ll give the film a solid 9.5/10 it’s definitely a good no GREAT WATCH!❤️

…. Deserve an award the pacing was so apt and grading was impeccable. THEN, the sound score my Goodness it’s just the intentionality with which it was done for me. Every sound used conveyed the emotion it ought to provoke per time 👏👏.

For this film, I especially love how it touched on so many themes/issues

LOVE, REVENGE,ABUSE,STIGMA,
FAMILY,FORGIVENESS,PAIN,INJUSTICE and yet managed to tie up nicely via impeccable writing by the writer(s) I was in awe.
