@wmata All the βtβs and βiβs looks like backwards βjβs.
The descender is too long but the dots are too big to shorten. A shorter descender would look like a period.
It all just looks like errors :/
Needs higher-res signs.
They set the criteria. We met the criteria. Now they won't let us into the debate. We are a ballot-qualified campaign with 1,000+ donations, and we are ready to provide a full verification packet. Tag @fox5dc and @Georgetown in the comments and ask them why a qualified candidate is being kept off the debate stage. Ranked choice voting only works when voters get to hear from the full field.
@DHNguyen01@nomoredawg I donβt think automation is gonna reduce headcount that much. WMATA has 1208 rail cars, so even with short 6 car trains all running thatβs only about 200 rail operators out of 13k employees. Even tripling for shifts is only 1.5-4.5% of staff.
@tomfgoodwin@batsirai1000 Thereβs studies that show travel planning make the eventual trip more enjoyable, and provides something to look forward too.
@Its_UnclePhil@arlvabikelanes I heard they can only work a few hours at a time because DC said no night work.
This seems preposterous. Iβve been meaning to lobby DC to make an exception.
