It’s in my heart to say this. It’s not ALWAYS “and I.” Sometimes it’s “and me.”
If the pronoun is following a preposition, like “of, from, with” then you use the objective case which is “ME.”
Of me. With me. From me.
An easy hack is to remove the other person, and go straight to the ME.
“Come hang out with ME.” As opposed to “come hang out with the homie and me.”
“Come hang out with I” sounds crazy.

What does Canada need right now?
Costs of living to be reduced, community safety (including reform of our justice system and keeping dangerous offenders off the streets), and immigration reform (not a ban, but numbers need to be reduced due to overpopulation of major cities)
