NASCAR moves at 200 mph. But when someone is hurting, it stops to comfort.
The NASCAR Family -- and it is indeed a family -- wrapped it arms around the Busch family, who Sunday sought comfort from grief at the place Kyle captivated us all.
The racetrack.
For SportsCenter, an essay on a 200 mph remembrance.
We are saddened and heartbroken to share the news of the passing of Kyle Busch, a two-time Cup champion and one of our sport's greatest and fiercest drivers. He was 41 years old.
We extend our deepest condolences to the Busch family, Richard Childress Racing and the entire motorsports community.

Just trying to get a grip on the end of the race. Give @KyleLarsonRacin credit for hanging in there but a champion who doesn’t lead a single lap after @dennyhamlin performance just not sure how to feel about this @PRNlive
You can’t watch this drama play out and tell me that going back to a 1-36 season long championship is a smart move. I’d accept some type of a three-race average as long as it’s at the end of a playoff. @PRNlive#NASCAR
The best part is how Larson’s championship will be overshadowed by the absolute shitshow that is NASCAR’s bullshit gimmicky officiating that takes away from the true sport that is auto racing.
What a joke that NASCAR has become. Manufactured bullshit that clouds crowning a true champion. I can’t stand Hamlin, but my god do I have empathy for that guy right now.
