As we celebrate Father’s Day, I join fathers across Ghana and beyond in giving thanks for the gift of family.
As a proud father myself, I appreciate the joys, responsibilities, and blessings that come with fatherhood.♥️
Happy Father’s Day to all fathers. May God continue to strengthen and bless us all🙏🏽. #NiiLanteVanderpuye #N4C 🇬🇭

Leadership is fundamentally about service, sacrifice, and staying true to one’s beliefs.
As of today, I have officially submitted my resignation. While one chapter may be ending, my commitment to the people and the causes I stand for remains as strong as ever.♥️

On 13th of May, I met with the family of my late friend, Mr. Benjamin Nii Ayikuma Okai, to formally commiserate with them following his passing on 20th February 2026.
It was a solemn moment to console the family and to assure them of my support as they prepare to lay him to rest.

On 13th May, I received the executives of TEIN UG, who presented an official invitation to the TEIN Alumni Connect Program.
During our engagement, I received a briefing on the program’s activities and progress to date. I commend the leadership for their efforts in expanding membership and strengthening TEIN’s presence on campus.
I reiterated my commitment to supporting TEIN in its mission to remain the most dynamic, engaging, and attractive political group at the University of Ghana. 🇬🇭 🦁 #TEIN #UniversityogGhana #NiiLanteVanderpuye

Before leaving Accra for Nairobi, I signed into law three transformative bills recently passed by Parliament. The Legal Education Act, the Value for Money Office Act, and the Governance Advisory Council Act strengthen our institutions and protect the interests of every Ghanaian.
The Legal Education Act is a game-changer for our justice system. By ending the exclusive authority of the Ghana School of Law over professional legal education, we are introducing healthy competition and opening doors for more institutions to provide high-quality training. This ensures that we maintain the highest standards while creating the space many aspiring lawyers have long waited for.
With the Value for Money Office Act, we are institutionalising the review of major government contracts and expenditures. This office will be our frontline defence against inflated contracts, cost overruns, and wasteful spending. Every cedi spent must provide real value to the people of Ghana.
I am also proud to have signed the Governance Advisory Council Act. This fulfils a key promise I made to promote good governance and public trust. This independent body will help our efforts to combat corruption. It also ensures that leadership remains accountable to the people.

Dear Zambians,
The outfit worn by our President is not a BLOUSE. It is a Ghanaian traditional attire known as FUGU, also called Batakari. Our President is intentionally promoting the local garment industry both within and beyond our borders, unlike your President, whose suit is not African. It is unfortunate that many of you , despite having access to smartphones and the internet, still choose to remain ignorant.
Growing up as a child, I thought I looked perfect. Then one day, someone pointed out that I had big ears. That’s when my insecurities began. I was laughed at, and at some point, people gave me strange nicknames about my ears in school 😂.
