I didn’t expect to get into a verbal altercation for simply asking for a little bit of help in an airport I’m unfamiliar with. Is this how you want your Delta One customers to be treated ?

@Delta after a nearly 11 hour flight in Delta ONE with a connection in ATL, an airport I don’t usually use for such connections I approached a Delta badged employee asking for simple guidance and was greeted with disdain. Is this how you treat your customers?

The preface, “excuse me sir, where can I find the shuttle to get me to the Marriott that is connected to the airport? “

“You go outside and find shuttle.”

“Is there a specific shuttle I should take?”

“Go and take shuttle. “
