This Transgender Day of Remembrance take a moment to acknowledge those who were brave enough to choose to be seen and visible in a world that tells them they shouldn’t exist.
Nearly 50% of Black LBTQ adults have reported being fired or denied a job because of sexual orientation; as well as 30% receiving negative reviews or being denied a promotion at work. To report these issues, reach out to the Philadelphia Commission on Human Relations (PCHR).
