Just reading the horror stories at the @MichaelBuble concert last night. We were there. Traffic chaos caused by @senbla & @AXS_UK that spoilt what should have been a memorable evening with Golden tickets. Do we get a refund @TicketmasterUK or is it the small claims court?
@British_Airways Rubbish answer PhilGW. I've actually sent a formal complaint in to Customer Relations about our Club World experience there and back. After spending over £4k on seats - we DID NOT get the service that you say you offer on your website. Mis-sold. V Unhappy.
Oh @British_Airways..shocking checkin and lounge experience at @Gatwick_Airport I know the South Terminal is temporary, but really? For Club World pax? Long, long queues and No.1 lounge is REALLY bad.

Omg...90 minutes and still listening to @virginatlantic annoying hold music. When will COVID stop being an excuse for poor customer service and airlines start getting get their act together for customers to book flights???
I've now been on hold listening to the BA music and insincere apologies for an hour. I wonder when @British_Airways will ever answer the phone? For any other ex-BA employees out there...this reminds me of being on hold for Staff Travel in the 1980s!
Given the state of the airline industry right now, you would think that @British_Airways would respond to customers a bit quicker than they are. I don't want to resolve my problem by twitter, I just want to talk to someone!
@grantshapps can you pls let the 000's of 17 year olds who have had their driving tests canx when they will hear from @DVSA_HelpMe? Do they rebook for March or wait to see if they are at the front of the queue when tests start again? Surely they have a plan after the last debacle
