@LogicChris @DerrickEvans4WV @TheRealEvelynK @wahoo777111 You should. The unobtainable EPA standards shut down the Ashland plant. The only coal that did move was extremely high quality for metalworking. The less quality coal started being shipped overseas, until a barge tax was implemented.
