A federal judge ruled in favor of President Trump’s executive order, which limits mail ballots to only US citizens eligible to vote.

In March, Trump signed the order, which directed DHS Department to create lists of citizens and told the U.S. Postal Service to compile lists of voters who are eligible to receive ballots by mail.

DNC attorneys & attorney generals in blue states and voting rights groups separately sued, arguing the president has no authority to decide who can and cannot receive ballots. (WAPO)
