@OHey_Brother 1. Be decisive, but not domineering.
2. Be attentive, but not overbearing.
3. Be supportive, but not controlling.
4. Be open, but not vulnerable to everyone.
5. Be patient, but not passive.
I know it’s easier said than done, but don’t be cheap when it comes to investing in yourself.
- Get a proper haircut; build a relationship with a good barber, and keep the appointments.
- Build a small wardrobe of clothes that fit - quality over quantity. One well-cut jacket will do more for you than a cupboard full of things that won't last.
- Look after your shoes. People clock them before they clock the watch.
- Make time for the gym. Not just to look good, but to live better and healthier.
- Read the biographies of great men. Most of them were made, not born. Study how they did it, then implement those lessons.
If you make the effort, the world will notice; you'll be taken more seriously, and you'll stand out from the crowd.
Carry on, gentlemen. 🫡
