He listens more than he speaks and truly hears what people say.

He puts himself in others’ shoes before forming judgments.

His genuine care for people’s feelings helps him build real, lasting relationships.

He stays curious, learns new things, and works on becoming better each day.

I just returned from a vacation with the family.

We all committed to zero device use while at the resort. No posts from me during this time, but it was absolutely refreshing to have the whole families focus for a week.

On the west coast for a week. If you aren't an early riser out here you miss a lot, especially in the markets.

• Too many choices creating decision fatigue
• Loss of community and culture
• Comparison culture on social media.
