Establish expectations. PBD would not do this publicly if Adam was responding to mentorship appropriately. Perhaps Adam needed a sobering reality check. I can’t stand Adam. I wish there were time stamps for when he stops speaking. I do however respect that PBD is willing to give him this opportunity to grow.
