Googles algorithm while flawed still allows people to choose where they read, and the majority of that information is still made by people whose career is tied to being reputable.

@Hurin92 @CountyJin Its just concerns about a situation, especially with a large BM, where other states think its a strike of some sort. I believe Russia/USSR used to announce major tests like this beforehand to avoid confusion. That was regulated by START most likely but its just good practice.
