Third time I've received a malformed @EKOhomeUK bin from @JohnLewisRetail (wasn't damaged in transition).
Customer service lady was nice but why is this happening & taking this many attempts to be resolved? Issue with product or warehouse? Carbon footprint on this is awful.
@AskNationwide Just on hold trying to get through to customer services (showing a 20 min wait - should I bother?) ... Tested on two different laptops and multiple browsers. Progress bar starts whirring but then fails and kicks me out. both on our current account and c.card account

@Mobilescouk annoyed that our #Pixel6Pro pre-orders (made last week) are not actually dispatching today even though we received emails to say that they would and charged. Cust Serv advise that now expected 2nd Nov and I need to proactively call to find out on further delays #fail

@Mobilescouk Delays are delays, that's understandable - huge phone launch and everyone wants one. But the fact that there is no communication from your company to advise on any delays and being told customers need to chase themselves is unacceptable. Aren't you guys part of Curry's/CPW?
