They really wanted me to embody the “accidental entrepreneur” who didn’t sign up for the biz side of content creation and how Creator Desk makes putting real systems in place easy peasy 🙌🏻

That amazing feeling when you mark an invoice as “paid” in @thecreatordesk and see it hit your income total 😍 Never gets old.
Happy Friday & May! Manifesting new opportunities for all of us ✨ #UGC#UGCcreator#UGCcommunity
POV: you signed up to create content… not run a full-blown business 🤯
📞 “Hi yes… Brain Support Hotline? I’ve got 17 brand deals, 42 emails, 9 invoices, and I forgot where I wrote literally everything…”
If your brain feels like 27 tabs open at all times… this is your sign.
Because the truth is being a creator isn’t just creating anymore. It’s tracking clients, managing deadlines, sending invoices, planning content, and somehow keeping it all straight 😅
✨ That’s exactly why Creator Desk exists
It’s your everything-in-one-place system so you can stop juggling and actually get back to what you love…creating!
No more scattered notes.
No more “wait… where did I put that?”
No more mental overload.
Just one simple, organized space that supports your business and your sanity.
💻 If your brain needs backup… Creator Desk is it.

One thing about getting a new system in place that people forget is it takes TIME.
It’s already April. You’ve probably got a handful (or more) of collabs in motion, all living in whatever system you’ve been piecing together as you go. So yeah… switching everything over right now feels overwhelming.
But it’s not a race.
Think of it like moving into a new house.
You don’t unpack everything in one day...you go room by room.
Maybe for you, that looks like starting fresh and every new brand deal goes straight into Creator Desk from day one.
And your old system? You phase it out as you wrap up those current collabs.
Little by little, things shift.
Because building a system that actually supports you isn’t about doing it all at once, it’s about making it sustainable.
It takes time to feel settled. But once you do? You’ll wonder how you ever managed without it.

Getting comments like this means everything to me as a SaaS founder!
And to be honest, calling myself a "SaaS founder" is...weird.
When we started developing the Creator Desk, it was literally just for me to use. It wasn't to share it or to profit. But when I saw what it became, I couldn't gate keep it and I had to share it because I KNEW if I was struggling with organizing all my projects, contracts, expenses, invoices, and everything else then other creators were struggling too.
With sharing though comes more cost like storage fees and A.I. fees every time a subscribers uses our A.I. features which can get expensive. With that said, our main goals will always be to have an EASY to use platform that is also affordable for creators!
Plus, don't forget, it's a cost of doing business for you so that makes it a write off 😉

Hey Bryce, thanks for asking!
We don’t currently have any open needs at this time. When we do have content needs pop up, we source from our pro users. (Perks of having a whole database of content creators at your fingertips 😂)
As a small start up, it’s so important to us that when we hire creators, we hire ones who are already using our platform and can truly speak about it and authentically share how it helps them manage their business.
Hahaha, totally get it! Investing in your business kinda sucks, but it’s a critical part of scaling. And to be honest, as creators, our costs of doing busy are still crazy low since we don’t need a brick + mortar to work!
Plus, when you have data at your finger tips, you’re able to start seeing your business from a bird’s eye view and can start seeing things like what niche you thrive in (which is super valuable when pitching and landing brand deals), you can see which clients have paid you the most (so when it’s time to pitch, we’re starting where we’ve already been successful), what their past projects/deliverables/rate was so we can negotiate our next rate accordingly (…and make more $$) and this is all from our client database - there’s SO much more to creator desk!
At the end of the day though whatever route you take to manage your business is totally up to you and we fully respect that! We’re just out here helping creators who need their business dealings all in one place instead of scattered across 5 different apps because I knew my brain couldn’t do it that way for long 😂
Yesss! Thank you Ray!
We’d love to help you out, Bryce! From managing projects, to income, sending invoices/contracts, managing expenses, sending content for client approval, planning your social media calendar and so much more - the Creator Desk is THE all-in-one tool built for content creators BY a content creator who gets the struggle! Check us out - our basic plan is totally free or you can upgrade and unlock all features for $29/month 😎
When we started Creator Desk, I knew it would help creators manage their business, but I did not realize the actual impact this platform would have.
We met so many amazing users this weekend at UGC Creator Connect who came up to me, hugged me, and thanked us for creating this platform that helps them run their business.
The hugs. The thank yous. The gratitude. I was so incredibly grateful to be able to meet and talk to each and everyone of you.
Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for helping us make Creator Desk what it is today!
