Now waiting on pre-arbitration. Customer support won’t even tell me what is supposed to be inaccurate. I’ve been doing this since Spark started.

@lushcosmetics - thanks for making me use an app that won’t even work. I guess I won’t be ordering anything because the app keeps crashing and you can’t use the website for the boxing Day sale. Each year it gets worse. Do better!
