Most of my clients come to me when they are experiencing a feeling of drowning in their to do list. This is what I do: 1/

3. I eat the frog: If there is something I hate doing or is a big ASK or TASK I tackle that first! And if it's the only thing I get done at least I feel amazing.
4. I try NOT to read emails until I tackle 1 or 2 things from my list to avoid derailment. 4/
