@parcelforce tracking for parcel claims "delivery attempted", I have been working from home all day and have not had ANY one knock on the door to attempt a delivery. I've lost count the amount of times this has happened, totally unacceptable and I'd like a redelivery attempt 2day

@virginmedia the broadband service youre providing at the moment is an absolute shambles. Spend an hour on hold just to get through to a dead line, and internet has been down for over 2 hours now. Wtf is going on?
