I've reported this sort of thing hundreds of times to different businesses and they always just wave it away as nothing to be concerned about. Fools will be fools, until it bites them personally.

Seems to me to be hilarious that every time I am due a parcel from @RoyalMail that I also receive SMS scams referring to the ACTUAL delivery. Either they're seriously compromised from within or their employees are in on a major scam!!
