@AntoniHonory Looking through Iron Heroes, I have to admit that I have NO CLUE what I was referring to. Maybe it was a house rule that I'd forgotten was a house rule. There's a feat (Tactics of the Mind) that does is for Intelligence, but not one for Con that I see. Sorry!
