@VicLombardi Not saying you are wrong. But there are a couple reasons. One, then you will win it with a touchdown, if the opponent goes down and gets a field goal, then you’re still only down by a score.

@VicLombardi I’m with you Vic. I’m actually extremely proud of the team. They never once stopped trying not until the final whistle. From the time the news broke before game one about Makar till the game just ended now Vegas got all the breaks. And we still battled and had a shot in each game

Second one should have been stopped. Then again he made some great saves early in game 3. I don’t know, seems odd to have potentially pulled him after game two

@spittinchiclets Was really surprised with your analysis of Avs-Knights. Makar being out two games was diff in those games which could have gone either way without him. Hart is playing great. Avs have out shot, out chanced. Not domination. Unfortunate

And despite all that I believe if Makar never gers hurt Avs win those two games in Denver (could have anyway). So there you have it. Between injuries, bounces, maybe a call or two and one goaltender being extremely hot versus another goaltender being average, youve lost 3 50/50’s

Vegas has gotten a couple more bounces and I would say a call or two have gone in their favor. Colton penalty game one. Nelson penalty last night/no call on Manson trip. Wedgewood had been average for the first time all year.
