A common mistake is counting the "yes" instead of revenue.
Now, I do think that a yes is a good signal, but it's still just a signal.
The road to conversion still exists. Lean into the yes, but celebrate when the money has been exchanged.
Founder mistake #1: trying to sell to everyone.
Founder mistake #2: picking an audience, then refusing to change course when the market tells you otherwise.
These sound like opposites.
They're not.
Both come from the same problem: not listening.
The best founders aren't the ones with the best plans.
They're the ones who adapt the fastest.
@1752vc Eloo is an autonomous AI workforce that builds itself, for professional services firms. I previously ran an agency for 7 years, I know this domain inside out. Since launching in Feb this year, we've onboarded 100+ companies.
@Tristanrhee3 it's very personal. for me: friends, reading/writing, nature. sometimes I do all at once. but again - it's so personal. others will go clubbing and that's awesome too.
