A common mistake is counting the "yes" instead of revenue.
Now, I do think that a yes is a good signal, but it's still just a signal.
The road to conversion still exists. Lean into the yes, but celebrate when the money has been exchanged.

These sound like opposites.
They're not.
Both come from the same problem: not listening.
The best founders aren't the ones with the best plans.
