@lyssazim Make your own personal traditions. A particular movie, activity, treat, or decoration. Something that’s all your own. I think one of the reasons this helps is because they are choices. There are things that we can make special alone and/or with a pet.

@VerizonSupport I would think after all of that I would at least have something taken off my first bill. I have NEVER had to be on a chat or phone line with an agent for THREE hours, not to mention have an agent lie to me and say they couldn’t give me their name.
started a different chat and wasn’t able to transfer number because of their incompetence. The entire chat lasted for THREE hours. THREE HOURS. I asked how I would be compensated and the agent said there was no offer in cases like mine. Is this what I should expect from Verizon?
