@Verizon Switched from AT&T. Tried to transfer my number. Chat agent messed up my account, wouldn’t transfer me to a supervisor, lied about not being able to provide a first name, and left the convo with my phone not able to call out. Started another chat, restored phone, but…

@VerizonSupport I would think after all of that I would at least have something taken off my first bill. I have NEVER had to be on a chat or phone line with an agent for THREE hours, not to mention have an agent lie to me and say they couldn’t give me their name.

started a different chat and wasn’t able to transfer number because of their incompetence. The entire chat lasted for THREE hours. THREE HOURS. I asked how I would be compensated and the agent said there was no offer in cases like mine. Is this what I should expect from Verizon?
