I know everybody's busy. Everybody's working. Nobody has time to read the Federal Register.
And there's not one document that lays all of this out and it's that way on purpose. It's spread across hundreds of press releases, proposed rules, executive orders, and court filings. No single page tells the whole story.
But for those who want to know for those who've been asking what's actually happening you may find the following interesting. Every claim below is sourced to the public record. Nothing classified. Nothing leaked. Just receipts.
The Fed Chair Kevin Warsh proposed giving Treasury authority over the Fed's balance sheet BEFORE he was confirmed. His words: the Treasury Secretary would need to find changes in Fed holdings "acceptable, given that it is partially fiscal policy in disguise." That's on the Senate record.
At Jackson Hole on August 28, Warsh killed forward guidance, said short-term interest rates are "the predominant tool," and said unconventional policies like QE should be "used sparingly, if at all." He blamed the Fed for "65 months of sustained elevated inflation." His own institution. On the record.
At the G20 in Asheville the next day, Treasury Secretary Bessent spoke first, set the agenda, declared the G20 would end the Iranian regime, and introduced Warsh. Warsh spoke second, for half the time, and called it "a privilege to serve alongside Secretary Bessent." Alongside. Jamie Dimon CEO of JPMorgan Chase was at the G20 for the first time in history. His statement: "For the first time at G20, Treasury has given the private sector a place at the table." Not the Fed. Treasury.
Now look at what Treasury is doing that the Fed used to do all documented in the Federal Register:
Treasury's OCC is chartering stablecoin banks. Treasury's FinCEN is writing AML rules for the new monetary system. Treasury doubled its own buyback program to manage the yield curve that was the Fed's signature function for 40 years. Treasury published the GENIUS Act NPRM requiring every stablecoin to be backed 1:1 by Treasury bonds not fractional reserve, full reserve. Every stablecoin in circulation creates mandatory demand for government debt, controlled by Treasury, not the Fed.
The Fed is banned by law from issuing a digital dollar. Senate vote 89-10. The OCC and FDIC rewrote bank lending supervision rules and the Fed didn't join. Treasury is leading the quantum-readiness task force to protect the financial system from next-generation cyberattacks. Treasury launched the largest sanctions package in history against Iran and the Treasury Secretary declared at the G20 that the financial architecture would be used to end the Iranian regime.
Fifteen documented instances where Treasury performs functions most people assume belong to the Federal Reserve. The Fed appears in zero of them.
The 1951 Treasury-Federal Reserve Accord gave the Fed its independence. For 75 years, the Fed Chair was the most powerful economic official in the world. Treasury Secretaries came and went. The Fed endured.
That era is over. The current Fed Chair is voluntarily handing it back. Not through legislation. Not through a fight. Through a man who told the Senate, before he was even confirmed, that the Fed doesn't deserve "special deference" on matters of international finance and then stood at Jackson Hole and described a one-lever institution while Treasury built the rest of the house.
This isn't hope. This isn't speculation. It's the Federal Register. The receipts are public. They've been public the whole time.
"If you have been following along, you will understand the cascade of events that are about to unfold. Do not look at these as individual isolated events. These are all connected everything and they are being unraveled in a systematic way."

@TheDebriefing17 Is it wishful thinking to be hopeful that the Fed is on its way out at least in its old private banking rule of 78 s interest scheme to create permanent national debt?

🚨RED OCTOBER DEBRIEFING: SEVENTEEN (17) COUNTRIES, ONE TRAIL
My read: the worst crimes on earth still run on money. And money leaves a trail. When seventeen countries follow the same trail at the same time, the people at the end of it run out of places to hide.
Here is what's on the record.
October 15, 2026. Interpol announces the results of International Effort Confluencia, an operation against people distributing child sexual abuse material.
Four parallel operations. Run quietly from March to September.
Ninety-five people arrested. One hundred twenty-seven search warrants. A child rescued. In Colombia, police separately protected a five-year-old and arrested the child's parent.
Seventeen countries took part: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Italy, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Spain and Uruguay.
Interpol coordinated. The European Union helped fund it. Regional police networks across Latin America took part.
And here's the line that matters for how these cases get made. Interpol says the operations targeted the commercial side of this trade, including payments and cryptocurrency.
Somebody was selling. Somebody was paying. And the payments are part of how the network was found.
Interpol's investigations chief: "Effective cross-border cooperation between law enforcement and the private sector has never been more urgent."
Now widen the lens.
Look at how many of this month's cases followed the same shape.
The work happens quietly for months. Then the announcement.
KillSwitch: police were inside a ransomware gang's servers before Europe announced it. The North Korean laptop farms: Texas homes searched in September, announced in October. Confluencia: six months of work, announced in one day.
Many countries, one coordinator, each using its own police and its own courts.
Europol coordinated KillSwitch. Interpol coordinated Confluencia. Eight countries signed one cyber advisory on Chinese hacking tools. No single government ran any of it.
And the trail in almost every case is the money. Crypto wallets. Payments. Bank transfers that finally touch the system.
That's the thread this whole project started on: criminal networks can be tracked by the money they move.
Fifteen years after the first darknet market case, it's still the trail that leads to the door.
If you have information about a child being harmed, contact local police, or in the U.S., the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children's CyberTipline.
Timelines. Patterns.
The general's words, not mine. All I did was read the receipts.
I am the guy on the couch, and you have been debriefed.

The Malibu fire on the news today is the Bryson Fire.
At the same time, another major Southern California fire the Henderson Fire at Camp Pendleton temporarily shut down I-5.
Why does that matter?
Because I-5 isn’t just a highway.
It is one of the primary north-south transportation arteries running through the exact geography we’ve been mapping:
Tijuana → San Diego → Los Angeles → Pacific Northwest → Canada
And that same corridor is repeatedly identified in federal drug-trafficking cases involving fentanyl, meth, cocaine and cartel-linked distribution.

🚨 THE CRITICAL PATH ELECTION INTELLIGENCE FOR DUMMIES
THE 40,000-FOOT VIEW WHO'S HOLDING THE FILE?
Everybody is watching the November 3 midterm elections. But here's something happening above the political noise that deserves attention.
October 2, 2026. Two senior Democrats, Congressman Jim Himes and Senator Mark Warner, send a formal letter to Director of National Intelligence Jay Clayton.
What do they want?
THE INTELLIGENCE FILES.
Specifically, they want the government's assessment of foreign threats to the 2024 presidential election released to the public, outstanding intelligence reports completed, and another classified briefing before Americans vote in November.
Now, for dummies.
Jay Clayton isn't some random government employee. He ran the SEC overseeing Wall Street. He became the top federal prosecutor in Manhattan. And now he's America's Director of National Intelligence, coordinating information from 18 intelligence organizations.
FOLLOW THAT CAREER PATH.
Money. Criminal investigations. National intelligence.
And now election intelligence.
Here's where our Devolution and Continuity of Government research intersects with this story.
In 2018, Trump signed Executive Order 13848, establishing a national emergency framework addressing foreign election interference. That emergency was renewed again in August 2026.
That order creates a process for assessing foreign interference and imposing sanctions. It does not give anyone the power to cancel elections.
SO WHAT'S THE BIG DEAL?
The intelligence community has already been briefing Congress about potential foreign threats. Some required reports remain outstanding. And two senior intelligence committee Democrats are publicly demanding greater transparency just weeks before Election Day.
What if additional intelligence is released before November 3?
Would it expose foreign influence operations? Would it confirm that election systems remained secure? Would it trigger new investigations or legal challenges?
WE DON'T KNOW YET.
And that's the important distinction. Classified intelligence isn't automatically evidence of election fraud, and releasing it doesn't automatically create an election emergency.
But at 40,000 feet, look at the sequence.
An existing election-related national emergency. A new Director of National Intelligence. Classified congressional briefings. Outstanding reports. A public demand for declassification.
All converging weeks before a national election.
I'm not telling you the elections are being canceled. There is no established evidence of that, and Clayton cannot cancel them.
I'm telling you to watch the DOCUMENTS, the LEGAL AUTHORITIES, the PEOPLE MAKING THE DECISIONS, and especially THE TIMING.
Because the next significant development may not come from a campaign rally.
It may come from an intelligence report.
THE CRITICAL PATH.
FOLLOW THE PEN. FOLLOW THE LAW. FOLLOW THE TIMELINE.

Advance your grasp on the depth and scope of the global criminal enterprise beyond the obvious criminality ...such as drugs, human trafficking, money laundering.
We were told 10 years ago just how ubiquitous and vertically integrated these operations are. It's the reason a roundup of big names alone wouldn't solve the problem. Deep cleaning required.
Great find by @TheDebriefing17 :
I am taking @VP’s Pledge to Protect Americans from Fraud. At Treasury, we follow the money.
Over the past year, Treasury returned $175 million in payments that would have gone to deceased individuals and expanded Do Not Pay access to 99% of federal programs. Further, we stopped almost $190 million and returned over $100 million in funds that had gone overseas to U.S. victims. We ordered an audit of approximately $9 billion in Treasury contracts. And Treasury and the IRS proposed stronger eligibility checks for health insurance tax credits.
In Minnesota, we took targeted measures to help ensure that taxpayer dollars reach the vulnerable Americans they are meant to support. And we continue working with U.S. banks to prevent government benefits fraud before it happens.
But fraud does not stop at our borders, and neither do we. Overseas scam networks and cartels that prey on elderly Americans with fraud schemes are now sanctioned by the United States. Treasury is also making it easier for those with firsthand knowledge of fraud to expose it by accepting confidential whistleblower tips and offering cash rewards. If these fraudsters want to turn on each other, we welcome the assistance.
The Trump Administration will not allow criminals, at home or abroad, to profit from programs intended to help vulnerable Americans.
