IIJ’s CT PHARE team held a Training of Trainers (ToT) on the Human Rights-based Decision-Making Model (DMM) for Counter-Terrorism Operations in the MENA region in 🇹🇳. Co-organised with the Secretariat General of the Arab Interior Ministers Council (AIMC), this initiative strengthened trainers’ ability to uphold human rights in CT operations. 1/4
