@Jenschill @GTownCupcake @haileylexis I was there in December for the first time and felt that the staff didn’t want to be there.....we wanted to buy merchandise however they couldn’t be bothered to look for it so just said it was sold out. Totally disappointed in the service

Well we have used it before 10 previously - seems a bit pointless considering they are going up to an open day for Edinburgh Uni - they are still at school so seems a bit harsh expecting them to pay full fares. Obviously need to re-train some of your staff .....

@ScotRail my daughter is currently on the Tweedbank to Edinburgh train and the ticket collector has refused her young Scot card saying he can’t accept it until after 10!!! This has never been a problem before 😡
