@s_ss_123_ That expected value calculation assumes you refill your capital and enter each time step with the same amount.
If you start with capital C and never refill, the typical value after n steps is closer to:
C × 0.9^(n/2)
for large n.
@TheOpen_Archive@IndLibertarians Not the right comparison, maybe try comparing highways and data usage, even if you drive rarely you still pay road tax
@MBilal0111@0xlelouch_ The textual order you write conditions in does not matter much to the query planner. The optimizer will often rewrite the query into its own internal form and choose whatever scan/join order it thinks is cheapest
You can now use Claude Code Max with AI Gateway.
Use your existing subscription with Claude Code, and fallback to other providers when you reach your plan's limits or for better reliability.

Got hacked for the first time 🤦♂️
Left an opencode server running without a password.
Didn’t set up a Hetzner firewall, assumed traffic was blocked by default.
Terrible assumption.
Someone turned it into a crypto miner.
Tried Taskmaster and Beads, way too complex for what I needed. Just built my own task manager with Opus instead. Does exactly what I want, and if I see something cool in another tool I ask Opus to add it. We're so in the era of personal software right now.
