@TMobileHelp@CallieField I wish that was true outside the bubble @TMobile employees live in. On the outside we have to deal with 30+ min wait times, agents that aren’t well trained and unaware. Broken processes that get in the way of excellent customer experiences. It wasn’t this way before.
@REI I get that it’s popular. However the customer service rep 1. Told me the item was in stock 2. I agreed to cancel another order of a bundled version because of her information 3. It doesn’t seem internally your teams communicate at all - plain failure here in REI logistics.
