The numbers Francois is giving you are misleading.

The Real GDP number is 0.8%. In Q1 it was 0.

He's taking 0.8 and multiplying it by 4 to make it seem like the number is bigger. It didn't grow by 3.3%.

The per capita number is 1%, population fell for the third straight quarter. Real quick, what's 1x4?

Exports rose 3.6% quarter to quarter - again... do the math.

This is just the way Liberals present math to trick people who don't have a clue about what's going on - and those people tell people like me to "educate myself."

The numbers that @FP_Champagne is sharing as "Q2" jumps represent what the growth WOULD HAVE BEEN if the same pace continued for an entire year - not what actually happened.
