one thing i've gotten really good at is taking a rejection.
thousands of job applications, rejected ( i literally searched for `unfortunately` on gmail)
so many companies where i didn't meet the criteria, rejected
hundreds of app store submissions, rejected (hurts the most)
more upwork proposals than i can count, rejected
at some point it just stopped hurting
now every time i put my time and effort into something, i go in with zero expectations. i do the work, i ship it, i let go
nothing can touch you once you stop needing a yes
