I like parentheses (see?). I make $ doctating various #content. I also write #poetry; sometimes it's published (e.g., in the Paris Review). Opinions 100% mine.
@MetroNorth the 7:46 out of Tarrytown is already a packed train with fewer cars than before the majority of commuters returned to the office, and this morning it had even fewer than usual. What gives?!
@News12WC I've emailed repeatedly to get this coverage corrected. My name and Elizabeth Brown's are reversed. Where her name appears in the video, mine should appear (Jessica Reed); where my name appears in the article, hers should appear. Please update!

@harpersbazaarus Love love love this review. Please fix the typo in the headline on the page itself (“It’s a Start,” not “Its”!)—it’s a pox on this queer editor’s eyes.
@SteveGosset@TarrytownPD@TheHudsonIndy Why didn’t this make it into the story? More importantly, why didn’t *any* voices from the BLM side make it into the story?
This doesn’t count: “One activist said the consensus among BLM supporters was to ‘ignore’ the rallyers and avoid confrontation.”
@MetroNorth What is happening on the 8:09 out of Tarrytown? We’ve stopped completely twice, and now one of the engineers is walking around outside the train. No announcement has been made!
@MikelleStreet@outmagazine Also, I read the article and know it mentions it’s the second year for the award. That’s exactly what frustrated me about the headline.
Dear @outmagazine, this headline is totally misleading—it’s only the second year for this award! Here, I rewrote it for you: “Second-Ever ‘Song of the Year’ VMA Goes to Openly LGBTQ+ Artist Lil Nas X.” 🏳️🌈 #clickbait
@MikelleStreet@outmagazine It is absolutely misleading. The headline makes it *seem* like there’s a history of LGBTQ+ artists who have not won this award. Misleading is not the same as inaccurate.
@MetroNorth Why are we paying more for our train tickets to ride on more congested, shorter trains?! People are standing all over the 8:35 out of Tarrytown for at least the third morning this week.
@MetroNorth 15 minutes is downplaying the lateness. I’m on the 7:47 out of Tarrytown scheduled to arrive at GC at 8:25—we’re only just now passing Marble Hill.
