@LiamKen68038216@KMC_1889@robp1889 All depends how he is. They won’t risk him but if he’s ok I don’t see him being taken out. On other changes it’s down to managing players workloads. There’s a 9 day gap between Luton and Leeds so may not see much changing. Do see holding coming in Robinson at some point though
@LiamKen68038216@KMC_1889@robp1889 It’s hard to see any changes from Wednesday unless anyone’s workload needs to be managed. Maybe harsh that on BBD but that’s how I see it
@KMC_1889@robp1889@LiamKen68038216 Winning is a habit and we are finding ways to do that. There’s more in the tank given the bodies we brought in January. Luck doesn’t last forever and 69 points from 32 games hasn’t been by luck.
@KMC_1889@robp1889@LiamKen68038216 We were lucky you’re right but we won. We made changes and come away with 3 points. Subs impacted the game. I put earlier it could have made us look silly like the Leeds game but we got away with it. And resting players helped Wednesday night. The bigger picture is 6 pmts from 6
@LiamKen68038216@robp1889 So it did everyone. I haven’t met anyone that didn’t say wilder got it wrong against Leeds. But in watching the game the players got so much of the basics wrong also. That’s my balanced opinion. They were set up wrong but also let themselves down.
@LiamKen68038216@robp1889 Other lad 🤣 we got it wrong at Leeds but it’s the worst the players have got the basics wrong also. We couldn’t keep the ball and couldn’t pass the ball. Thrown in with wrong system we were as bad as we were. I’ll be balanced and look at the whole picture not just a motive
@LiamKen68038216@robp1889 You aren’t balanced though. I said wilder got Leeds wrong but so did the players. You just say wilder got it wrong, that’s not balanced. And what is the you lot you are referring to? People can say what they want but I don’t understand why they don’t like winning?
@LiamKen68038216@robp1889 Given the size of the rebuild, the scars from last season and the limited funds on transfer fees. Throw into that a lack of depth the takeover situation created as-well as uncertainty behind the scenes what we have done this season is beyond all expectations.
@robp1889@LiamKen68038216 Expected us to be in the position we are. Some I’ve spoken to expected a relegation battle, I thought late play off push given the size of the rebuild. when you put perspective on its hard to pick faults although I think there’s a lot more in the tank now with depth we now have
@robp1889@LiamKen68038216 A lot is motive and twisting things to match that. Against Leeds it’s probably worse we’ve passed the ball all season. That’s not tactics or systems that on the players. As much as it was wrong against Leeds the finer detail also seems to be missed. I don’t know anyone that
@LiamKen68038216@robp1889 None of us will see what they’ve worked on in training to see how well or not it’s gone. The depth we have now gives us options to be flexible with who plays and what system we play. It’s a results business and at the min we are getting results. It’s no fluke we are where we are
@LiamKen68038216@robp1889 People can say whatever, I just don’t get the criticism when winning. The bigger picture is we won, it allowed us to rest players that were fresh on Wednesday. As for changing system, it’s a criticism if a team has no plan B but you try a plan B it’s a criticised.
@robp1889@LiamKen68038216 Changing things around can make you look silly if you drop points but we didn’t. We are winning 2 out of every 3 games this season. I’d say that’s a time to get behind the time not to criticise.
@robp1889@LiamKen68038216 I’d also say Wednesday justified Saturdays selections. O’Hare and Peck rested Saturday and look how much that benefited Wednesday. Both games we got 3 points and in my eyes Saturdays selection allowed Wednesdays team selection. It’s a fine balance when games come thick and fast
