@dfatravelwise hello, I recovered from Covid 19 in the last 90 days. Therefore, for US travel I am exempt from getting a test if I get a “letter of recovery”. Does my certificate of recovery from HSE suffice for this or what do I need?

@ah_lads I think take a break from it and read it again. It is very detailed in some places re age, drugs and the garda issue, then vague in relation to specific inaccuracies. It reads that the event happened but that specifics were wrong. Could be bad writing by the solicitor or ..not

Just so people are aware, all this says is: She was over 17 and she has no physical proof of the rest that can be relied on in court. OH and that he denies it, duh.

I am not saying it happened or didn’t as I could never comment on that but that’s all this document says.

@DerekHiggins101 She may have recalled it incorrect. I am not so sure I would be able to recall whether I was 16/17 in any memory I have from school. Does that mean the event didn’t happen? Also note that it does not say she lied but that due to the length of time she got details incorrect
