We were overrun by the Buffalo Men. Their hooves thundered like judgment itself. The campaign nears its weary end, and the men grow parched for victory. This week we defend The Lang against a savage band of Blue Tiger Men. Pray the muskrat ointment holds.

We march north to face a great herd of Buffalo Men. MG Cagle has the men steady and sharp, fueled by his long-brewed “special tea,” which he swears helps them match his fury. Spirits are high, and the horizon beckons.

We fell victim to the talons of the Eagle Men. Early confusion and a few self-inflicted wounds did us no favors, yet the lads fought with courage and grit. We now turn our gaze to the horizon, where a herd of Bison Men thunder. Send possum and dumplings.

There may be some Swisshelm left in those little leprechauns. We were sluggish in the early maneuvers, but BG Lauffer called for cavalry charge after charge into their lines. We broke them often, but couldn’t extinguish their fire.

Tonight we defend all of Stone County against the northern Leprechauns. Have they cast the dark magic of Swisshelm upon us?

Tonight LCpl Dougherty commanded a battalion in a skirmish with some invading bird men. His maneuvering reminded me of a young (ret) MG McFarland. A much needed victory tonight, and a bowl of pickled marmot ear soup shall warm my soul.

We returned home in silence. After some early maneuvering through their lines our charges failed to finish the job. We now regroup and prepare to defend our home against some rough and tumble leprechauns.

A new flock of bird men have caused a disturbance in the Northern Territory. We have loaded the wagons and BG Lauffer has packed extra cannons for the engagement. I am full of hope and your famous marmet jerkey. Feeling bullish.

Tonight the men fought with grit and never relented. Unfortunately, the bird men were successful in overrunning our ranks and defended their cage. We shall return home with full hearts but not full ranks. Send prayers for our wounded and recovering.

The call of the blue jay has begun. Tomorrow we invade their nest in search of victory, not eggs! Though our ranks are smaller, MG Cagle has loaded the wagons with extra shells and seed in hopes to lure them out into the open. Feeling determined.

The Cat men attacked with sharp claws and chewed through our lines. Though we are scratched, we are certainly not devastated. Our young boys shall become men before this campaign is over. Feeling optimistic for the future.
