@kritikatwtss Ideally the system should classify such leave as period leave internally while displaying it as a casual or sick leave to those with calendar access. Additionally, orgs should obtain employees’ consent regarding whether this information can be disclosed to their supervisors.

Leaves for employees who experience periods is absolutely correct. However a dedicated period leave category can create privacy concerns, especially in orgs where leave requests require managerial approval.
I believe that partners who are genuinely invested value effort more than money, sometimes a few handpicked flowers and a letter means more than a bouquet.
And if you still want to spend money, there are flowers that cost as little as ₹10–20 per piece.
Now when I think more about this issue, I wonder what the batch process to revert the extra awarded reward would look like when the bug reaches a higher severity.
