Yeh came across similar issues. Had some fun trying to fake things by putting some interactions IN videos, but can get clunky fast 🤪
@rufflemuffin From a non-HoH perspective, the opposite can be ver frustrating – the 'customer service' that is very good at responding/delaying on twitter or email but either doesn't have a phone line (wtf!) or has one that is so underresourced that it's unusable
@rufflemuffin Doing a big piece of user research atm on life with hearing loss/hearing aids – can confirm that this is definitely coming out as a common issue. Lockdown/restrictions (and shift to phone services) have made life harder. Video can help some. Got to be some other solutions!
