Heavy!! Too many people counting my dollars or what I’ve obtained, but they don’t understand the trenches and fences I had to hop to get where I’m at now. 8h Cap with Nep & Uranus plus a Scorpio stellium 🥴
8th housers lowkey deal with anxiety due to the amount of stalkers they have, and dealing with people who like to surveillance them.
this is one of the reasons why they have trust issues. atleast 1/5 people they let in their lives, end up becoming some type of monitoring spirit.
this is why it’s an incredibly big deal when an 8th houser trusts you & feels safe with you.
your 5th house in astrology can represent when you're more likely to get into a relationship or get married because the 5th house can represent the GAIN of a relationship or a marriage. 5⃣💍✨
this ESPECIALLY applies to you if you have:
- sun in the 5th house ☀️✨
- venus in the 5th house ♀✨
- jupiter in the 5th house ♃✨
- uranus in the 5th house ♅✨
- north node in the 5th house ☊✨
- lot of fortune in the 5th house 🍀✨
- 5th house in taurus ♉️✨
- 5th house in leo ♌️✨
- 5th house in libra ♎️✨
- 5th house in sagittarius ♐️✨
- 5th house in aquarius ♒️✨
the 5th house can represent this because of derivative astrology. the 5th house is 11 houses from the 7th house. the 7th house can represent relationships or marriage while the 11th house can represent the gain of something. ✨
which sign or planets do YOU have in YOUR 5th house?! 👀✨
having scorpio & aquarius placements is actually CRAZY with the way some people will want to stay friends with you just to keep tabs on you. ♏️♒️👀
it’s not because they’re trying to be genuine, it’s because they want to pry into your life and see what’s going on. 😐
having a virgo, capricorn, 6th house or 10th house venus means that people love to flirt with you at work. it could be your co-workers, bosses, or even customers too. y'all attract romantic attention when you're working and being productive. 💌👀
Any love I have given you is yours to keep. I will never ask for it back, never regret it, never treat it as wasted. Love was never a trade. It was a gift I offered because, in those moments, you mattered.

Me at 26: I have three tabs open and none of them are my taxes.
One is a job board I keep refreshing like it’s going to suddenly confess it has a role called “decent salary with dignity.” One is a video titled “how to fix your life in 30 days” that I’m not watching, I’m just letting it sit there like a talisman. The third is my bank app, which I open once an hour the way people touch their pocket to make sure their phone is still there.
My parents at 26 were buying a house.
I’m at 26 googling “is it normal to feel behind” at 01:12 and getting sponsored ads for therapy and budgeting apps like the internet is patting me on the head.
They had a path. That’s what people forget.
Not because they were smarter. Because the world handed them a simpler map. Degree, job, marriage, mortgage, kids. You could step from one stone to the next and feel like the river made sense. Their careers were stable enough to plan around. Their money meant something. Their rent didn’t feel like a joke. They weren’t competing with an algorithm for attention and a global market for work. They didn’t have to become a personal brand just to be taken seriously.
They lived in a world where adulthood was a sequence.
We live in a world where adulthood is a scavenger hunt with half the clues missing.
My parents at 26: building a life.
Me at 26: building a nervous system that can survive the group chat.
Because that’s the real difference. It’s not “they were disciplined.” It’s not “we’re lazy.” It’s that their baseline stress was lower, so they could put energy into expansion. Ours is higher, so a lot of energy goes into just staying upright.
They were thinking about nursery colors.
I’m thinking about whether I can afford a dentist.
They were having kids because it felt like the natural next step.
I’m having an existential crisis because I can’t tell the difference between what I want and what I’ve been told I should want. Do I want a family or do I want proof I’m not failing. Do I want a house or do I want a place the landlord can’t take away. Do I want a partner or do I want someone to split the weight of being alive.
And it’s not like I don’t want those things.
It’s that wanting them now feels like ordering a five course meal when you’re not even sure you can pay rent. It feels like trying to plan a garden in a storm. It feels like signing up for a future when the present already takes everything you have.
My parents at 26 were “successful in their careers.”
Me at 26 is successful at replying “haha so true” to texts when I’m actually dissociating.
My mom at 26 probably had a calendar with PTA meetings and dinner plans. My calendar is seven half-made routines I keep abandoning. Gym. Read. Journal. Meal prep. Learn a skill. Save money. Fix sleep. I start them like I’m optimistic and then life hits and suddenly it’s 02:27 and I’m eating cereal over the sink like an animal.
Craziest part is how much shame gets layered on top, because you’re comparing two different economies.
They could buy a house on two normal salaries. We can barely rent an apartment without giving half our income to a landlord who acts like they’re doing us a favor. They had careers that rewarded loyalty. We have jobs that reward availability, burnout, and being “adaptable” which is just a cute word for “you don’t get to feel safe.”
They had communities that were more local. People lived near family. People stayed in towns. People had built-in support. We have mobility and independence and a weird loneliness where you can be surrounded by people and still have nobody who would help you move a couch.
My parents at 26: “time to have kids.”
Me at 26: I’m still trying to parent myself.
A lot of us are doing childhood part two, but with bills. Learning how to regulate. Learning how to set boundaries. Learning how to stop abandoning ourselves. Learning how to rest without feeling guilty. Learning how to trust our own wants 👇
White people saying people should only get opportunities based on merit, not skin color, while not recognizing that they essentially get opportunities based on skin color, not merit, is peak white privilege.
@shawtyastrology lol on my phone: google search, over 30 tabs
Google chrome, over 50 tabs
Safari…496 tabs 😅
I couldn’t tell you how many is open on my computer!
There’s a New Moon in Scorpio happening tonight, and it feels like one of the most important lunations of the year. It’s reminding us that the darkness rising both within and around us is not here to swallow us, but to act as a sacred catalyst so that we can witness, transform, and ultimately transmute what the shadows reveal.
Consider this:
the waning moon is in libra for the next 3 days,
cord cutting rituals
mirror work
cleansing/decluttering
divination
protection magik
black tourmaline/obsidian
self love ritual bath
banishing spells
justice spells
guided meditation

water/wind subliminals
@shawtyastrology 🥹 Saturn in Pisces 10th house

Lowkey I feel this as I admire a lot of music producers. I’ve been thinking about how to work in music because I love it so much. Honorable placements: Virgo sun and mercury in libra 5h
