I don’t like that he’s talking like this but he never did nothing anonymous! so we kno it’s not him! I think he just sticking up for his friend over his ex coach!
Knowing they’re the only unit playing well, I refuse to hear any s**t talking about our defense. Even if they give up some points, it’s just so unreasonable to expect them to be perfect and carry an offense that’s this putrid.
I like Jalen, but Tanner McKee has pretty much an identical stat line (57.7 cmp%, 215 yards, 1 TD) to Jalen Hurts’ average on the year (58 cmp%, 1.6 TD, 186 ypg). One would hope your $51m a year starter plays significantly better than your backup QB.
I think we win the game with uno! but this not a knock on tanner it’s definitely not his fault either! this the worse coaching staff in my eagles history!
If Jalen Hurts is done for the year, I am very interested to see how the team operates heading into 2027. Do they extend Hurts? Do they keep Nick Sirianni?
I understand being a fan but I don’t understand how anyone can defend what the Eagles have done throughout this entire process with Jalen Hurts.
It feels like he should’ve received a scan before boarding the flight to London — that didn’t happen.
Then once arriving in London and learning that Hurts had a blood clot, they still allowed him to play against the Jaguars and fly back to Philadelphia.
Upon returning to Philadelphia, Hurts was still a full participant in practice and it was once again reported as only a “calf injury.”
Then the public finally learned that it was a blood clot that traveled and that Hurts would miss this week’s game.
Earlier today, Hurts reportedly wasn’t going to be placed on injured reserve by the team.
Fast forward a few hours and now Hurts is being placed on injured reserve and won’t be eligible to return until Week 11 after the bye week.
Given how the Eagles have mismanaged the injury situations for Lane Johnson, Jalen Carter and Nolan Smith Jr. in recent years, it’s hard to have much faith in the team’s medical staff and training staff.
Breaking: After consultations with numerous doctors and experts that went into Saturday, the #Eagles are placing quarterback Jalen Hurts on injured reserve, sources tell @AdamSchefter and me.
Hurts is now out for the foreseeable future. More information coming…
People act like we defend Jalen Hurts because we think he’s the greatest talent to touch the football field, that’s not it.
While I appreciate Jalen and what he does on the football field, I defend Jalen because he is treated like dirt by fans and media.
One of the highest character guys I’ve ever seen gets his character question and completely false narratives are put on him.
Jalen Hurts is the most disrespected player in NFL history.
