So idk what you’re on about “can’t afford a v8.” They are the same cost, at similar miles.

Plus a ls400 or gs430 (bought one for $3800 a few years ago) can easily be obtained at the cost of an SC300.

Yes, personally I do the job I was hired for regardless of what my students hand in.

It’s important that when a student comes to you in person, you are able to fully describe the mistakes they made and your comments. If these comments are not yours, you waste time reading thru after ai grades. You could have just written out comments the first time yourself. Or you dont read and have no idea why deductions were made.

If you actively look for shortcuts as an instruction, why expect students to not do the same?

The assignments I’m grading are 15-20 pages. These are lab reports based on data they collect in person.

These reports take 6-8 hours to write without Ai. No student or teacher has the availability to have in person written lab that takes 6-8 hours. Not to mention you lose 50% of what the course is trying to teach by hand writing.
