Imagine having to ask more than 3 times for a manager, when you're getting HORRIBLE customer service. Thank you so much, @Walmart for the absolutely GARBAGE experience that your support staff have provided. And for being 5+ hours late to delivering my groceries that never came!
Been working super hard on creating a brand and prepping it. But that means.... I'll probably be coming back to Twitch again. Who knows. Maybe. I dunno. Lots of stuff going on @_@
You never really know what someone is going through. And someone who looks like they're hanging in there, always laughing and smiling could be inches away from just being done. Be kind. Check on your friends.
Hi!
So, I recently started a new podcast and it is surrounding being 30, living on the internet in 2022, and figuring my shit out. So, I wanted to share this with you guys.

I have had the most high effort, frustrating experience with @Logitech@LogitechG customer support ever. I have a registered device, with a reciept, and they still asked me to send in a video/picture of my device with a handwritten note like to verify myself? Absolutely wild. LOL
Have asked him twice if my product is under warranty only to have to do the research myself and find out I have a 2 year limited warranty. Why is it taking over 20+ min to get a replacement set up for my device, @Logitech ???
@zomgtehrei@Logitech@LogitechG It is fucking like abysmal. What tools do their agents not have? Like I'm logged in, they should be able to see my account and devices. I've been waiting for this guy for over 5-7 min just to be told "I'm still looking" at what? I'm just tilted right now. No rapport. Nothing.
I work in tech support. We have the ability to look at the devices on an account that are registered. We don't ever question our customers or make them do high-effort things just to show proof of ownership. This will more than likely be the LAST Logitech product I buy. Yikes.
Like what is the point of registering my device, if I have to go out of my way to HANDWRITE the ticket number, with a picture of my device WITH that, and then a picture of the serial number? Like, high effort is not even the word to describe here.
