We're so sorry you had to go through this from a fellow creative
I have learned a lot in my life looking backwards...lots of mistakes, missteps, indecision and small think.
Here are some of them.
1) Wasting time as a kid being a dumb kid doing dumb stuff. I wasted so many years being a kid, doing kid stuff.....it was a ridiculous waste of my life.
2) Spending 5 years in college with no clarity of why I was going with no intention to use what I learned. It was a waste of time and money for me.
3) Not connecting with experienced successful people in my high school and college years. Connecting with the right people is the greatest easiest hack in being successful in life.
4) Not Collaborating with others when I finally got in business, thinking everyone was competition. Today I collab as much as possible with direct competitors.
5) When I started making money for the first time, I saved it (rather than investing it) like I was never going to make any money again. I should have invested everything I earned....until the investments out paced my earning ability.
6) Resisted understanding Sales and Marketing as vital skills sets. These two things once I embraced them rewarded me beyond my imagination.
7) Taking advice from anyone who would offer it and not being more selective of who I studied. I have received more bad advice in my life than good advice.
8) Being reasonable and forgiving with partners. Every time I have ever made allowances (been reasonable), overlooking some obvious outpoint in a partner without handling, I have been penalized for it.
9) I became comfortable and satisfied in my forties.
I hade earned great respect in one vertical and was not expanding my brand passed that one vertical. Today I am in an uncountable number of spaces allowing me to scale and help more people.
10) Thinking too little of myself (thinking small.) The biggest mistake of my life has been underestimating what I am capable of accomplishing.
Hope you don't make as many mistakes as I have.

@HenshawKate@inecnigeria@ineclagos The same thing happened to my friend. Just so annoying. We stayed on the queue for hours only for it to get to our turn and then his card isn't showing his info.
It's important to recognise that your upbringing and family structure have a dramatic impact on your approach to connecting and your definition of your core circle.
Grace and favour comes as a result of service to humanity, it's not a matter of how religious/prayerful you are. Act of love and kindness towards others is to pathway through which grace flows. That is why love is the greatest commandment.
"No", his friend replied, "This is good"
"What do you mean this is good? How could it be good that I sent my friend to jail for a year?"
"If I had not been in jail, I would have been with you on that journey and not alive here with you right now."
He went immediately to the jail to speak with his friends, "You were right, he said, "it was good that my thumb was blown off." And he preceeded to tell that friend all that had just happened. "And said, I am very sorry for sending you to jail for so long."
Being superstitious, they never ate anyone who was less whole. So after untying the king, they sent him on his way. As he returned home, he was reminded of the event that had taken his thumb and felt remorse for his treatment of his friend.
Cannibals captured him and took hin to their village. They tied his hands, stacked some wood, set up a stake and bound him to it. As they approached him to set fire to the wood, they noticed that the king has a missing thumb.
Examining the situation, the friend remarked as usual, "This is good!"
To which the king replied, "No, this is not good!" and proceeded to send his friend to jail.
About a year later, the king was hunting in a dangerous area that he should have known to stay clear of.
The friend would load and prepare the guns for the king. In preparing one of the guns, the friend had apparently done something wrong, for after taking the gun from his friend, the king fired it and his thumb was blown off.
