Not like my top 9 but definitely the 9 games that changed my brain chemistry. I put unleashed in the centre cause it's the most important one :p

@bisumando@kugal876 Okay but you have to recognise it's completely valid for Leif to hold a grudge towards Travant for murdering his parents, kidnapping his sister, and directly causing the fall of Leonster. You gotta see the forest for the trees here
@kugal876 Travant and Blume basically had his ass scavenging for scraps to survive everyday of his damn life and he had to lead an entire army on the budget of a $5 walmart gift card, I feel as though strangling them to death isn't even enough
Honestly I got the biggest crush on one of my friends but I have no chance because she's like 9 years older than me. Still a genuinely really good friend though I feel as though I could wax poetically about her for hiurs
One day people will realise the disney worlds do have actual thematic and story significance to the videogame about exploring disney worlds and I can finally die.
I beat KH2 so here’s my final review in 3 parts.
Story:
The overall story of the game was enjoyable when you ignore the slog that 80% of it is to get through because of Disney. The first half of the game after Roxas is basically just doing the movie plotlines, which gets pretty boring and doesn’t progress the actual plot at all. Sure, they help further Sora’s character development and show you what type of person he is, but KH1 already did that.
Once you get to Hollow Bastion, the story finally picks up and is REALLY good. You get the Avengers moment, Tron was goated, all of the FF characters are doing cool shit, Maleficent is there, you learn about Xemnas’s plan, you get more of Organization XIII, and then there’s the 1,000 Heartless fight.
It was great because Sora’s character progresses a lot more here. He nearly wants to give up, and he’s even willing to die AGAIN by entering the darkness to save Kairi before being stopped. Roxas also shows himself a little here with the picture and ice cream, which slapped.
Then you have to go through the same Disney worlds AGAIN to finish their plots, and it’s basically the same shit as the first half of the game.
Once you get to Twilight Town for the final time, though, the game picks back up. You start getting reveals, enter the fake Twilight Town, and then finally fight Roxas, which, from a story standpoint, is a fantastic fight and one of the best moments in the entire series so far. The music here was phenomenal.
Roxas and Axel have their moment, again suggesting that they have “hearts.” This and everything that happens afterward is what I had been waiting for the entire game.
But the final area genuinely feels rushed.
They throw EVERYTHING at you in the last two hours about the actual plot instead of spacing these reveals out throughout the game. The fights with Organization XIII were all cool and unique, and each one further pushes the idea that they have hearts. Sora learns about Riku and who Roxas really was, which was nice.
Then you get the Xemnas fight…Awful.
Xemnas sucked as a final villain, and his fight having what felt like five different phases with one of them basically being a glorified Gummi Ship section. It sucked.
One of my biggest issues with both the plot and Sora’s character happens here, though. After beating Xemnas with everyone, Xemnas questions why Sora would do all of this. Despite everything Sora has done, everything he learned about Roxas, and the emotions he felt after killing the members of Organization XIII, he STILL says that they aren’t people and don’t have hearts. And then he IMMEDIATELY sees Roxas and Naminé and views them as people, kind of. That kinda ruined the buildup they were doing with both Sora’s character arc and Organization XIII for me. Then, after everyone leaves, we fight Xemnas AGAIN. Which sucked because I felt like ending it after the cool battle with everyone would’ve been perfect. But nope. We have to fight the dragon, the chair version of Xemnas, and then Aura Farming Xemnas, who, on Critical Mode sucked. I hate him.
Once you finally beat him, though, we get the beautiful moment with Riku and Sora on the beach, followed by the cutscene that almost made me forgive the game’s wrongs. Sanctuary is SUCH a good song, and I almost shed a tear when Roxas flashed over Sora.
It was a great ending to the game and, honestly, could’ve worked as the ending to the entire series.
Overall Story: 6/10

The random transphobia and misogyny just to site a game (dmc1) with 80 people on it's dev team with Hideki Kamiya (Mr.Bayonetta and re2 & okami) as it's director is killing me man
"But devs still come together to make great games!"
I'm sorry but 7 trans women coming together to make a cutsy platformer that's actually an allusion to depression will never be God of War 1, devil may cry 1, or God Hand
